Everything THI offers is nonclinical creative wellness programming — classes, workshops, and sessions. Any therapy, medical, or clinical services are provided by independent practices through partnerships and collaborations, not by THI.
Clinical services, when available, are provided independently by licensed practitioners through their own practices. All clinical intake, consent forms, health forms, records, billing, and privacy notices are handled directly by the practitioner through the practitioner's secure systems. The Healing Initiatives Inc. does not receive, maintain, or control clinical records.
Something small to take the practice home with you.
This is what relief looks like.
Breathwork, sound bowls, meditation, yoga, journaling, and hands-on studio arts — practiced together, at every age.

Trauma-informed movement for every body and every level.

Crystal bowls, nervous-system rest.

A circle, a breath, a reset.

Put it on the page, let it settle.

Printmaking, painting, and making with your hands.

Simple breathing and grounding for all ages.
A welcoming space for anyone rebuilding total health.
People come to The Healing Initiatives for creativity, reflection, stress reduction, family support, personal growth, community, and practical tools that help them sustain healthier lives. Wherever you are on that path, there is a seat at the table for you.
Explore our classesBuilt on five principles of gentle, grounded care.
Founded by Shantelle L. Fuller, a trauma-informed educator with a Master of Education with a specialization in Trauma-Informed Care Educational Practices and 10+ years in special education. Every THI program is guided by five principles that keep our rooms safe, welcoming, and effective — with trauma-informed care as part of, not the whole of, how we hold space.
Meet the founder & our practice- 01Safety

- 03Choice

- 04Collaboration
Healing is co-created — never done to you.
- 05Empowerment
We build on your strengths, not your deficits.
