What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, class interest, volunteer, sponsorship, or newsletter form, we collect the contact details and preferences you choose to provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and notes about the program you're interested in.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, coordinate participation, and — if you opt in — send program updates. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email.

Please do not send health information

The Healing Initiatives offers nonclinical creative wellness programming. We are not a healthcare provider and we do not request, need, or knowingly store medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information. Please leave that information out of our forms.

The Healing Initiatives Inc. does not collect or maintain clinical records. Independent licensed practitioners use their own intake forms, consent documents, privacy notices, and secure record systems. THI may collect limited contact, scheduling, participation-preference, and general accessibility information for its nonclinical programs. Please do not submit diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, medical records, or other sensitive health information through THI forms or email.

Clinical services, when available, are provided independently by licensed practitioners through their own practices. All clinical intake, consent forms, health forms, records, billing, and privacy notices are handled directly by the practitioner through the practitioner's secure systems. The Healing Initiatives Inc. does not receive, maintain, or control clinical records.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site and send email, and only as needed for those functions or when required by law.
