Studio and mindfulness classes for everyday healing.
Our soft launch series began September 12 and continues September 26, October 11, and October 31, 2026 — four classes at The Lot in Northeast Baltimore, built to introduce the work to the community and gather honest feedback before full operation.
The September soft launch series
We are opening in a deliberate, right-sized way. Small rooms, and real conversation with the people who show up — so the full program we build next is shaped by this community rather than guesswork. The series meets September 12 (Yoga & Journaling — complete), September 26, October 11, and October 31, 2026, and everyone on the class list hears first about which practice is scheduled on each date.
- September 12, 2026 · Yoga & Journaling (completed)
- September 26, 2026 · Mindfulness Art & Zen: Suminagashi Marbling Art
- October 11, 2026 · Harvest Wellness Workshop
- October 31, 2026 · Indu Wellness Total Health / Spa Collaboration
Because we operate as a mobile organization, the location for sessions beyond this series can change. Every venue and date is posted here, on our events page, and across our social channels well before a class meets. Donations are welcomed and never required — no one is turned away for cost.
